Bio:
Kellyn Rosa, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, has dance in her DNA. Her parents danced samba de gafieira and other ballroom styles and her brother was a dance instructor in Manaus.
At 16, Kellyn was selected to be part of the “Cia Dom” dance company founded and directed by the choreographer, Patrick Carvalho. She was also part of the Carlinhos de Jesus company and between the two danced in many events and on television.
From there, Kellyn had opportunities to be part of the passista group in the Salgueiro samba school and large-scale presentations (the Rio Olympics, for example). She currently teaches samba worldwide and online.
